POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Classes canceled by the student within 72hrs of the scheduled class are eligible to reschedule at the instructor's availability. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. If payment is NOT received by the invoice due date, the class will be cancelled. Students more than 10 minutes late, will need to reschedule ($25).
FOR BLENDED CLASSES: Students who did NOT complete the online portion prior to class will have to reschedule and pay a $25 rescheduling fee
NO SHOWS will have to pay a $25 rescheduling fee + 1/2 of the class price.
Students MUST reschedule within 48hrs of their missed class!

Prepayment is required! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require kneeling, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have any physical conditions that might prevent these activities, please let us know before class. I may be able to adjust the equipment to accommodate you.
No outside gloves permitted and non latex gloves will be provided
Students MUST wear a mask upon entering the training center. We have surgical mask for $1.00
We will NOT be practicing mouth to mouth or mouth to mask. During Basic Life Support training, a BVM will be used.
Your peace of mind is of utmost importance to us and we hope this better informs you of the additional measures we have put in place with the safety of customers and employees in mind. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
INSTRUCTOR CLASS POLICY
Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. If payment is NOT received by the invoice due date, the class will be cancelled. Students more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $50 late fee. If you do NOT successfully complete your preliminary monitoring class, there will be a $75 charge going forward (Monitoring instructor provides the student and materials.) You are responsible for your students certification card fees. If you use our facility for your monitoring class, there will be a $100 fee (student for monitoring, book and card fee included.)
OFFSITE INSTRUCTOR MONITORING POLICY
Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels for any reason and you do not want to reschedule for a class on a date and time of your convenience. If the class starts 15+ minutes pass the scheduled time, there will be a $50 late start fee. If you do NOT successfully complete your preliminary monitoring class, there will be a $100 charge going forward. If you did not purchase a corporate package, you are responsible for your students certification card and book fees. If for some reason the Instructor being monitored does not show up, there will be a $250 no show fee. There isn't a rescheduling fee if the instructor give notice one week prior to the monitoring class. However, there is a $75 rescheduling fee if monitoring classes are rescheduled less than a week prior to the scheduled date.
DO YOU OFFER WEEKDAY OR WEEKEND COURSES?
We off full courses and skill sessions on the weekend and weekday. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a time/day outside of what's already posted.
WHO WOULD I BE CERTIFIED THROUGH AFTER COMPLETING MY COURSE?
You would have a 2yr certification through the American Heart Association, American Safety & Health Institute or American Red Cross. If you attend the C.A.B.S course, you would be certified through ASHI.
WHAT'S NEXT AFTER I REGISTER FOR A CLASS? WILL I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL?
Once you've registered for a class, you will receive a welcome email with an invoice link in the body of the email for payment. We only accept major credit cards and Paypal.
WHAT IF I HAVE PERFORMANCE ANXIETY? DO YOU OFFER ONSITE TRAINING? DOES IT HAVE TO BE IN A PROFESSIONAL SETTING IF I REQUEST ONSITE TRAINING?
We offer private 1 on 1 training at our establishment. Yes we do offer onsite training to employers, churches, daycares etc. It does not have to be in a professional setting. Please send an email to email@example.com for further information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CARD
AFTER I'VE COMPLETED TRAINING?
You will receive your card within 1-2 business days via email after training for AHA courses. Holidays and weekends might delay card delivery. For ARC & ASHI course, you'll receive your card the same day!
